improvements
one of the challenges of selling a townhome is that all of the floor plans are exactly the same. but tom and i have been working really hard to have ours stand out from the rest. i was at the d.i. the other day and, among other things, i found a light fixture for $8! the light that was over my table was wretched, so i was really excited to find this! hooray for d.i.!
and may i just say, it's so nice to have a handy husband! the man can do anything!

Wow! What a great find!
We haven't listed our condo, and I'm so apathetic right now. We have a pretty small complex, and yet there are at least 8 other condos for sale right now. We may push things back a while.
You must really know how to find things. Do you find certain DI's better than another?
dang it Laura, I'm so so jealous of your ability to find awesome stuff!!...and to beautify things! I think my problem is I can't get past the rest of the ugly stuff around the store. I'm going to look harder or just take you with me!!
