the house hasn't been lived in since march, so it's a bit neglected, and we've got some work to do on it, but nothing too major. it's a rambler with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully finished basement and a big backyard (a huge bonus for us since our townhouse yard was teeny). it's the perfect square-footage and floor plan for us and we're really excited!
we're hoping to close in about a week and we'll probably be spending another week working on it, so we plan on moving in in about two weeks!
i will post some before & after pics as soon as we're all done!

Yeah for yoru new house and I can't believe how big it is going to be. Thats going to be so great for you to have all that room. Hey we are out at the district quite often. We might have to come get Kennedy and taker her home to play with us sometime. Can't wait to see and hear more about the house...
