we sat down as a family and made our resolutions as individuals and as a family. i started typing it out so that i could frame it and display it where we all could look at them, but the dang computer crashed before i had saved them, so here's hoping everyone else remembered theirs!
mine are:
get organized.
lose 10-15 lbs.
be more patient.
blog more often.
SIMPLIFY!
let's start with getting organized, shall we?
miss has been off track since christmas so i've been putting her to work! every week day we've had an organizing project and she actually likes it! she asked me the other day if she could organize her drawers and proceeded to tell me exactly what she's going to do with each drawer. girl after my own heart!
here she is cleaning out the fridge.
... and the after shot!
you'll notice i have the basic essentials:
milk
butter
reddi-whip
dr. pepper/ginger ale
microwavable bacon
leftover mac & cheese
moving on to the nicely organized pantry... no before pics--but trust me it was trashed!
one day i'll be cool and have a pantry that looks like this

next up will be the laundry/storage room. i don't even know if i'm brave enough to post a 'before' picture! that's how bad it is!
moving on to the camera clean-up.
can i just say that this winter has had the most a-maze-ing weather! the other day i had all four kids outside playing! it was heaven, people!
a sneak peek at my favorite furniture re-do EVER! this guy was seriously a diamond in the rough! i'll post 'after' pics when i post the bedroom re-do pics (yes, i've redone my bedroom AGAIN... kind of)
i also currently have 4 other items that need some love so hopefully i can get to those now that the mono has passed and i don't feel like i'm at death's door!
and finally, a picture of my goofy boy. to know him is to love him.
the girls were cleaning the playroom and for some inexplicable reason he decided to climb in the bucket and let the girls clean up around him. he was in there for a good 10 minutes.
come back soon m'kay!

Ditto on the weather, it has been heaven sent!
Love the organizing. I feel like I am always re-organizing something.
That Sawyer is so danged cute!
Love that miss can do big jobs with you, cant wait until hadley is old enough for stuff like this. Let me help you with your new year goals...in order to loose 10-15 lbs, you must not have your essentials be redi wip, gingeral(cause I know the DP is not for you-weirdo) and mac and cheese....haha, love it!
